How do I work out my ring size? 
The best way to work out your ring size is through using a ring sizer. This can be purchased on our Size Guide page. You can then refer your size to our sizing chart under AU sizing.
 
When can I expect to receive my purchase?
Each designer has different turn around times. You can refer to the turn around time for each designer on their individual page. Please note, these times may be impacted by Covid, especially for designers based in Victoria.
 
How do I make a bespoke enquiry?
Once you find the designer you like you can either make a custom enquiry on their individual page or click ‘Custom’ on the permanent bar at the top of the page.
 
I’ve received my ring but it’s the wrong size. What do I do?
Due to the nature of the products sold by designers on the site, usually being handmade to order, we (designers) do not accept returns for change of mind or other circumstances.
If this issue does occur, please contact hello@houseofmatilda.com and we can liaise with the designer to find a solution. Please note, this may result in no resizing service, so if you are unsure of your ring size, please purchase a ring sizer through our site or visit your local jeweler to ensure you send through the correct sizing details to the designer.
 
What is the return policy?
All pieces purchased through House of Matilda are non-refundable unless there is fault/ damage to the piece received on delivery. Reason being that all pieces are handmade to order and therefore exchanges or returns are not offered for change of mind.
If the piece has a manufacturing fault upon deliver, please email hello@houseofmatilda.com with your order number, an image of the actual piece and a description. If it is indeed a manufacturing fault then a replacement can be made.
This does not include natural wear and tear of an item or if it has been lost. The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it and returned to the designer with the original packaging. Replacements can only be made within 30 days of purchase receipt.
